In distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods (art. 40). In that case the supplier must refund the amount paid by the same payment method within a period not exceeding seven days from the product's return, and you bear the shipping and return costs unless the contract states otherwise (art. 40).
If the supplier delays delivery beyond the agreed date, or does not deliver within thirty days where no date was agreed, you may withdraw from the contract at no cost within fourteen days of the delay or of receipt, whichever is longer, upon notifying the supplier; the supplier must refund the amount immediately and bear all reshipping costs (art. 40).
Your right to withdraw lapses in cases such as: fully benefiting from the service before the period expires, goods made to your order, opened discs/software/printed matter, or goods damaged by your mishandling (art. 41). Before contracting, the supplier must provide you with the supplier's and product's details, price and withdrawal terms (art. 37).
