No — employees bringing claims under Labour Law No. 14 of 2025 are exempt from all court fees and judicial expenses at every stage of litigation. Article 20 explicitly exempts workers, apprentices, and industrial trainees (as well as their legal dependants) from paying any court fees when filing labour disputes arising from this law. This is a significant practical protection, as litigation costs can otherwise be a barrier to enforcing your rights.
In addition, the law introduces specialised labour courts to handle employment disputes more efficiently (Article 9). These courts will be operational from 1 October following the law's entry into force. Until that date, existing courts continue to handle cases and must automatically transfer pending labour cases to the new specialised courts.
